HEALTHCHECK
We have developed and use a standardized assessment tool, HEALTHCheck, when evaluating candidates. This tool assesses cultural fit through extensive research and an in-depth analysis, to ensure that candidates have the skill set and experience you need, and can immediately hit-the-ground running and integrate with your corporate culture. The key criteria we use, the HEALTHProfile, includes:
H – Honesty. Character and business ethics; how the candidate is viewed by “outside influencers” such as peers/colleagues, former employers, etc.
E – Experience. Relevant experience that maps to our client’s “must-have” criteria.
A – Aptitude. Intellectual, strategic and creative problem solving/plan creation and building capabilities.
L – Love. Passion for the industry and career.
T – Temperament. Independent and proactive, or simply an order-taker? A team player or prima donna? Maverick or follower?
H – Hard-working. Work ethic, commitment to create and achieve excellence.
